PENGEMBANGAN PETA “MASA DEMAK” BERBASIS GAME AGE OF EMPIRES II UNTUK PEMBELAJARAN SEJARAH KELAS X TEKNIK KOMPUTER JARINGAN DI SMK NEGERI 10 MALANG

Abstrak


Abstract: The purpose of research and development is to produce an instructional media based on game Age of Empires II as a material supporter Islamic kingdom espescially Kingdom of Demak and as well as to know the effectiveness of learning media product “Masa Demak”. The method used in this research was research and development method by Sugiyono that consisting of 10 stages: (1) potential and problem; (2) data collection; (3) product design; (4) design validation; (5) design revisions; (6) product trial; (7) product revisions; (8) trial usage; (9) product revisions; (10) product production. The data collection instrumen used in form of validation sheet of material and media experts, as well as questionnaire of student’s response related to media “Masa Demak” developed. Trough small group research that has been done on class X students Computer and Network Engineering (TKJ) 4 obtained an average value of 73.2% while large group research in class X Multimedia (MM) 3 obtained average value of 83.49%. the conclusions obtained based on the above, the average percentage value stated that the development of product  “Masa Demak” based on game Age of Empires II can be used to support the learning process of the history of Islamic kingdom of Demak.
