It consists of seven adapted steps, namely : Needs Analysis, Product Development, Expert Validation, Product Revision 1, Try-out, Product Revision 2, and Final Product. The students’ questionnaire and the teacher’s interview guide were used to gathered data in needs analysis stage. In the product revision stage, the validation checklist was used to collect the feedback from the expert. Then the questionnaire for students was used to gather data in the try-out of the product.

The result from the expert showed that there were 3 changes were made in the product. Those are about the sound, the instruction, and the arrangement of the stage in the application. Most of students (85%) agreed that Listice helps them in learning listening.  LISTICE application was applicable to fulfill the needs of seventh graders of SMPN 12 Malang in helping them practice listening.
