Media pembelajaran sebagai sarana dalam proses pembelajaran memang sangat penting. Terdapat inovasi terbaru yang bisa digunakan dalam pembelajaran, salah satunya dengan memanfaatkan penggunaan telepon genggam (mobile) yang dimiliki siswa dalam sarana pembelajaran. Media pembelajaran yang memanfaatkan teknologi telepon seluler disebut dengan Mobile Learning (m-learning). Mobile learning merupakan salah satu alternatif pengembangan media pembelajaran. Sudah banyak siswa SMKN 2 Blitar yang memiliki smartphone terutama smartphone berbasis android. Pada mata pelajaran Marketing sangat memerlukan media pembelajaran yang efektif seperti media Mobile Learning berbasis Adobe Animate untuk menunjang keaktifan belajar siswa di kelas dan di rumah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah

(1) Menghasilkan produk berupa media mobile learning berbasis Adobe Animate  pada mata pelajaran Marketing.

(2) Mengetahui kelayakan media mobile learning berbasis Adobe Animate pada mata pelajaran Marketing.

(3) Menghasilkan buku petunjuk penggunaan media pembelajaran yang diharapkan dapat membantu guru dan siswa dalam mengoperasikan media mobile learning berbasis Adobe Animate, yang didalamnya menjelaskan panduan praktis penggunaan media pembelajaran.

Prosedur penelitian dan pengembangan diadaptasi dari Borg and Gall yang telah disederhanakan menjadi delapan langkah untuk digunakan dalam penelitian dan pengembangan mobile learning Berbasis Adobe Animate pada mata pelajaran Marketing meliputi

(1) Penelitian dan Pengumpulan Informasi;

(2) Perencanaan;

(3) Pengembangan Produk;

(4) Validasi Ahli;

(5) Revisi Produk 1;

(6) Uji Coba Lapangan;

(7) Revisi Produk 2;

(8) Hasil Produk Akhir. Kegiatan uji coba lapangan dilakukan pada siswa kelas X BDP 1 di SMK Negeri 2 Blitar. Pengumpulan data berupa kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Instrumen pengumpulan data wawancara dan angket.

Hasil persentase validasi ahli materi diperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 95.8% sehingga dapat diartikan sangat valid dan rata-rata hasil persentase validasi ahli media diperoleh nilai sebesar 100% sehingga dapat diartikan sangat valid. Hasil persentase oleh pengguna atau siswa diperolah nilai rata-rata sebesar 88%. Hasil validasi gabungan menunjukan peresentase sebesar 92,9%. Berdasarkan hasil persentase tersebut maka media mobile learning berbasis Adobe Animate pada mata pelajaran Marketing Kelas X Bisnis Daring dan Pemasaran SMK Negeri 2 Blitar masuk dalam tingkat validitas sangat valid dan dapat digunakan tanpa perbaikan.

Learning media as a means of learning is very important. There is the latest innovation that can be used in learning, that is with utilizing the use of mobile phones that are owned by students in learning facilities. Learning media that utilize mobile phones technology are called Mobile Learning (m-learning). Mobile learning is one alternative to the development of learning media. Many students of SMKN 2 Blitar already have smartphones, especially Android-based smartphones. Marketing subjects really need effective learning media such as Adobe Animate based Mobile Learning media to support student learning activities in the classroom and at home. The objectives of this study are

(1) To produce mobile learning based of  Adobe Animate on Marketing subjects.

(2) Knowing the feasibility of Adobe Animate-based mobile learning media in Marketing subjects.

(3) Producing user manuals for learning media that are expected to help teachers and students in operating a mobile learning media based on Adobe Animate, which explains practical guidelines for the use of instructional media.

The research and development procedure was adapted from Borg and Gall which has been simplified into eight steps to be used in mobile learning research and development. Adobe Animate based on Marketing subjects includes

(1) Research and Information Collection;

(2) Planning;

(3) Product Development;

(4) Expert Validation;

(5) Product Revision 1;

(6) Field Trials;

(7) Product Revision 2;

(8) Final Product Results. Field trial activities were conducted for students of  X BDP 1 at SMK Negeri 2 Blitar. Data collection using qualitative and quantitative data. Instruments for collecting data by interviews and questionnaires.

The results of the material expert validation percentage obtained an average value of 95.8% so that it can be interpreted as very valid and the average percentage of media expert validation results obtained a value of 100% so that it can be interpreted very valid. Percentage results by users or students obtained an average value of 88%. The combined validation results show a percentage of 92.9%. Based on the results of these percentages, Adobe Animate-based mobile learning media in the grade of X Marketing which subjects of Online and Marketing Business of SMKN 2 Blitar can conclude with the level of effectiveness is very valid and can be used without revision.
