Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) bertujuan untuk mencetak siswanya menjadi tenaga kerja yang memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan. Pengembangan pendidikan SMK berpijak pada kebijakan link and match (keterkaitan dan kesepadanan) sebagai dasar kebijakan meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa. Untuk mewujudkan link and match tersebut, maka dibuatlah program pembelajaran teaching factory dan praktik kerja lapangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan termasuk penelitian korelasional dengan jenis pendekatan kuantitatif. Tempat penelitian di SMKN 6 Malang dan SMK Muhammadiyah 7 Gondanglegi. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 109 dari SMKN 6 Malang kelas XII jurusan TKR 1-4 dan SMK Muhammadiyah 7 Gondanglegi kelas XII TKR 1. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan dokumentasi nilai siswa.

Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh:

(1) terdapat hubungan antara pembelajaran teaching factory dengan prestasi belajar mata pelajaran produktif berdasarkan sub variabel nilai pengetahuan siswa SMK di Malang,

(2) terdapat hubungan antara Praktik Kerja Lapangan (PKL) dengan prestasi belajar mata pelajaran produktif berdasarkan sub variabel nilai keterampilan siswa SMK di Malang,

(3) terdapat hubungan antara pembelajaran teaching factory dengan prestasi belajar mata pelajaran produktif  berdasarkan sub variabel nilai keterampilan siswa SMK di Malang,

(4) terdapat hubungan antara Praktik Kerja Lapangan (PKL) dengan prestasi belajar mata pelajaran produktif berdasarkan sub variabel nilai pengetahuan siswa SMK di Malang, dan

(5) terdapat hubungan antara pembelajaran teaching factory dan Praktik Kerja Lapangan (KPL) secara bersama-sama dengan prestasi belajar siswa SMK di Malang. Hal ini berdasarkan uji hipotesis yang menunjukkan Fhitung = 297,449 > Ftabel = 3,08 dan sumbangan efektif 84,9%. Hasil analisis regresi ganda pada penelitian ini menunjukkan koefisien determinasi R2, bahwa besar kontribusi variabel pembelajaran teaching factory dan praktik kerja lapangan berpengaruh terhadap variabel prestasi belajar sebesar 84,9% sedangkan sisanya (100% - 84,9% = 15,1%) dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar variabel yang diteliti.

Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara pembelajaran teaching factory dan Praktik Kerja Lapangan (KPL) secara bersama-sama dengan prestasi belajar siswa SMK di Malang diterima. sumbangan efektif 84,9% menunjukkan variabel prestasi belajar dipengaruhi oleh variabel pembelajaran teaching factory dan praktik kerja lapangan.

Vocational High School (SMK) aims to make students into workers who have knowledge and skills. The development of vocational education rests on the link and match policy (linkages and equivalence) as the basis of policies to improve student learning achievement. To realize the link and match, teaching factory learning programs were made and fieldwork practices. This study uses including correlational research with a type of quantitative approach. The place of research in Malang 6 Vocational High School and Muhammadiyah 7 Gondanglegi Vocational School. The research sample amounted to 109 from Malang Vocational High School 6 class XII majors TKR 1-4 and Muhammadiyah 7 Gondanglegi Vocational TKR class XII 1. Techniques for collecting data using questionnaires and documentation of student grades.

Based on the results of the study obtained:

(1) there is a relationship between teaching factory learning and learning achievement of productive subjects based on the sub-variable value of knowledge of Vocational students in Malang,

(2) there is a relationship between field work practices and sub-subject variable value of skills of Vocational students in Malang,

(3) there is a relationship between teaching factory learning and learning achievement of productive subjects based on sub-variables of skills scores of vocational students in Malang,

(4) there is a relationship between field work practices and subject achievement productive based on the sub-variable value of knowledge of Vocational students in Malang, and

(5) there is a relationship between teaching factory learning and field work practices together with the learning achievements of SMK students in Malang. This is based on hypothesis testing which shows Fcount = 297,449> Ftable = 3.08 and effective contribution of 84.9%. The results of multiple regression analysis in this study show the coefficient of determination R2, that the contribution of teaching factory learning variables and fieldwork practices influence the learning achievement variable of 84.9% while the rest (100% - 84.9% = 15.1%) is influenced by other variables outside the variable under study.

 

The results of the study can be concluded that there is a relationship between teaching factory learning and field work practice together with the learning achievements of SMK students in Malang accepted. effective contribution of 84.9% shows that learning achievement variables are influenced by teaching factory learning variables and fieldwork practices.
