Penilaian Autentik merupakan penilaian yang ditekankan pada pelaksanaan kurikulum 2013, yang diadaptasi oleh pemerintah dari konsep pendidikan abad ke-21. Penilaian autentik mampu memberikan informasi nyata dan valid mengenai hasil belajar peserta didik. Penilaian autentik lebih menekankan pada penilaian proses di samping penilaian hasil belajar. Pelaksanaan penilaian autentik belum sepenuhnya maksimal dikarenakan beberapa faktor antara lain keterbatasan waktu belajar dan kesulitan dalam pembuatan instrumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan mengetahui kelayakan instrumen penilaian autentik berbasis kinerja pada mata pelajaran Kearsipan kompetensi dasar Menerapkan Penyimpanan Arsip Sistem Abjad, Kronologis, Geografis, Nomor, dan Subjekkelas X OTKP di SMK Negeri 2 Blitar.

Penelitian ini menggunakan model penelitian dan pengembangan yang dikemukakan oleh Borg dan Gall dengan tahapan: potensi dan masalah, pengumpulan data, desain produk, validasi desain, revisi desain, uji coba produk, revisi produk, uji coba pemakaian, revisi produk & produk akhir. Data penelitian berupa data kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Instrumen pengumpulan yang digunakan berupa angket. Subjek dalam penelitian dan pengembangan ini adalah validator konstruk, validator isi, guru pengajar mata pelajaran Kearsipan, dan peserta didik kelas X OTKP di SMK Negeri 2 Blitar.

Produk yang dikembangkan berupa instrumen penilaian autentik berbasis kinerja yang terdiri dari instrumen penilaian aspek psikomotorik dan aspek kognitif. Instrumen penilaian psikomotorik berisi lembar kerja siswa, lembar penilaian, dan kriteria penilaian psikomotorik. Instrumen penilaian kognitif berisi latihan soal pilihan ganda dan uraian, kunci jawaban, dan kriteria penilaian kognitif.

Hasil analisis validasi konstruk oleh validator ahli assessment diperoleh persentase penilaian rata-rata sebesar 93,33% dengan kategori sangat valid. Hasil analisis validasi isi oleh validator ahli materi diperoleh persentase penilaian rata-rata sebesar 98% dengan kategori sangat valid. Hasil analisis tanggapan 6 peserta didik kelas X OTKP diperoleh persentase penilaian sebesar 95,48% dengan kategori sangat valid. Hasil analisis tanggapan guru pengguna diperoleh persentase penilaian sebesar 91,43% dengan kategori sangat valid. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa instrumen penilaian autentik yang dikembangkan dinyatakan sangat valid dan layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran.

Saran pemanfaatan pengembangan instrumen penilaian autentik berbasis kinerja yaitu:

(1) mengatur strategi penilaian karena terdapat banyak aspek yang perlu dinilai untuk menghindari aspek-aspek yang tidak dapat dinilai ketika peserta didik melakukan praktik,

(2) Pengaturan waktu ketika praktik juga perlu diperhatikan sehingga kegiatan yang dilakukan dapat sesuai dengan waktu yang telah ditentukan,

(3) Sebelum melakukan praktik penyimpanan arsip diperlukan penjelasan yang lebih mendalam mengenai aspek-aspek yang akan dinilai dan kriteria penilaiannya sehingga peserta didik memiliki gambar yang jelas mengenai kegiatan praktik dan memperoleh hasil yang maksimal.

Authentic Assessment is an assessment emphasized in the implementation of the 2013 curriculum, which was adapted by the government from the concept of 21stcentury education. Authentic assessment is able to provide real and valid information about the learning outcomes of students. Authentic assessment emphasizes the assessment of the process besides the assessment of learning outcomes. The implementation of authentic assessment has not been fully maximized due to several factors including limited learning time and difficulties in making instruments.This study aims to develop and find out the feasibilityof performance-based authentic assessment instruments on subjects of basic competency Archives Applying Storage of Alphabetical Archive Systems, Chronology, Geographies, Numbers, and Subjects of the tenth grade students of OTKP at SMKN 2 Blitar.

This study uses the research and development model proposed by Borg and Gall with stages: potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design revisions, product trials, product revisions, usage trials, product revisions & final products. The research data is in the form of quantitative and qualitative data. The collection instrument used was in the form of a questionnaire. The subjects in this research and development are construct validators, content validators, teaching teachers of Archival subjects, and Xthe tenth grade students of OTKP at SMKN 2 Blitar.

Products that developed are authentic assessment instrument performance-based assessment instruments that consist of psychomotor aspects and cognitive aspects. Psychomotor assessment instrument contains the student worksheets, assessment sheets, and psychomotor assessment criteria. Cognitive assessment instrument contains a multiple choice question and exercise descriptions, answer keys, and cognitive assessment criteria.

The results of the construct validation analysis by the assessment expert validator obtained an average percentage of 93.33% with very valid categories. The results of the content validation analysis by the material expert validator obtained an average evaluation percentage of 98% with a very valid category. The results of the response analysis of 6 the tenth grade students of OTKP at SMKN 2 Blitar obtained an assessment percentage of 95.48% with a very valid category. The results of the analysis of the user's teacher responses obtained an evaluation percentage of 91.43% with a very valid category. The results of the study showed that the authentic assessment instruments developed were stated to be very valid and appropriate for use in learning.

Lastly, the suggestions for utilizing the development of performance-based authentic assessment instruments are:

(1) regulating assessment strategies because there are many aspects that need to be assessed to avoid aspects that cannot be assessed when students is practicing,

(2) time management when practices also need to be considered so that activities what can be done in accordance with the time specified,

(3) before carrying out the practice of file storage, a more detailed explanation of the aspects to be assessed and criteria for assessment is needed so that students have a clear picture of practical activities and obtain maximum results.
