Based on initial observations in mind that the process of learning and teaching in entrepreneurship courses at 3 Muhammadiyah Vocational Senior High School in Singosari still using the old paradigm. Entrepreneurship learning activities centered only on the teacher or "teacher centered", implemented by the method of lectures (beginning with the recorded material that was taught on the blackboard, then the teacher explained it) and asked questions, giving tasks, discussions. While from the perspective of students, less active students in learning activities.

One of the government's efforts to improve the quality of education is to establish a new curriculum namely Education Unit Level Curriculum is better known as KTSP. KTSP an effort to improve the curriculum curriculum improvement is a necessity for sustainable national education system is always relevant and competitive.

One of the appropriate learning approach to curriculum is enhanced contextual learning approach. One model of learning associated with contextual learning approach is a Think Pair Share (TPS) model cooperative learning. This study aims to determine the implementation cooperative learning of Think Pair Share model improve tenth class student of 1 Office Administration Study Program at 3 Muhammadiyah Vocational Senior High School in Singosari on entrepreneurship subjects.

Types of research studies class action consisting of 2 cycles. Each cycle held 2 meetings. Research stages Class Action consists of four steps of action planning, implementation of action, observation and reflection of the action. Research subjects were Tenth Class Student of 1 Office Administration Study Program at 3 Muhammadiyah Vocational Senior High School in Singosari totaling 31 students, consisting of 28 girls and 3 boys. Research approach used was qualitative and descriptive data are analyzed. In this study data collection methods that test pre test and post test, observation at the time of learning going on, and give students the questionnaire responses to the Think Pair Share (TPS) model cooperative learning.

Based on the results of research known that the implementation of the Think Pair Share (TPS) model cooperative learning consists of 3 stages: (1) stage of thinking, (2) stage of pairing, and (3) stage of sharing. Implementation of Think Pair Share (TPS) model cooperative learning can improve tenth class student of 1 Office Administration Study Program Entrepreneurship subjects at 3 Muhammadiyah Vocational Senior High School in Singosari evidenced by the average value of the pre test cycle I and cycle II, which increased by 13,36 from 50 in cycle I to 64 in cycles II and the average value of post test cycle I and cycle II, which increased by 12,9 from 73,87 in cycle I to 86,77 in cycle II. Response results showed a positive response from tenth class student of 1 Office Administration Study Program at 3 Muhammadiyah Vocational Senior High School in Singosari. Students express like to follow the learning, more easily understand the learning material, can train themselves to work together, and more active in teaching and learning activities.

Based on our research of the proposed suggestions as follows: (1) Principal of 3 Muhammadiyah Vocational Senior High School in Singosari should be more appealing, encourage, and seek to improve the quality and skills of teachers, by budget the fund to send of teacher to follow the practice and education, workshop, upgrading, teacher profession, sertification program, and others, (2) Think Pair Share (TPS) model cooperative learning is useful for students because the learning model can improve student learning outcomes, so that for Entrepreneurship’s teacher and other subject teachers are advised to use cooperative learning of Think Pair Share model or other cooperative learning as variations in learning, (3) The teacher should always give direction and motivation to all students in the management of learning in the classroom, especially students who have lower ability to get more attention, so they are motivated and more active in the suggested ideas. For example during the discussion groups, pointing to less active students to ask questions or express their opinions, (4) With this cooperative learning of Think Pair Share model is expected that no student who dominate the group and should provide an opportunity for students who were less active, so that all students become active and can think independently so that teaching and learning activities in class can be run more effectively and efficiently, (5) To the researchers can conduct further research on other subject matter to determine the success of cooperative learning implementation Think Pair Share model in improving student learning outcomes.
