Key words: organization culture, work satisfaction One of national problems faced by Indonesia nowadays is the handling of the low quality of human resources. The plentiful of human resources today obligated us to think accurately; it is how to utilize human resources optimally. The problem here is that how to create human resources that can result optimum work so that the purposes of company can be reach. If human resources get work satisfaction in their work, then there would be a good result. In discussing work satisfaction would be not disconnected by the existence of factors that can influence somebody’s work satisfaction. The problem of work satisfaction would be implemented and fulfilled if the influence variables is fully supporting. One of the variables is culture. The purposes of this study are to know: (1) the descriptive condition of organization culture in Bank Bukopin Card Centre in Surabaya. (2) The level of work satisfaction among employee in Bank Bukopin Card Centre in Surabaya. (3) The significant influences between organization culture that includes work challenges, communication, belief, innovation and cohesiveness of organization partially toward work satisfaction among employee in Bank Bukopin Card Centre in Surabaya. (4) The significant influences between organization culture that includes work challenges, communication, belief, innovation and cohesiveness of organization simultaneously toward work satisfaction among employee in Bank Bukopin Card Centre in Surabaya. The design of this study is reconstructive; it relies the model on the previous studies. The population in this study is all employees in Bank Bukopin Card Centre, 60 persons. This study involves two variables; they are two independent variables (X1) and dependent variables (Y). Independent variable includes (X1) organization culture while (Y) is work satisfaction. The collected data is by respondents by using questionnaire. Data analysis here is doubled regression analysis and using computer software SPSS 16.0 for Windows.
The result of this study can be included as follows: (1) organization culture (X1) simultaneously has significant influence toward work satisfaction in Bank Bukopin Card Centre in Surabaya (Y). (II) It is that organization culture (X1) has significant influence toward work satisfaction among employee in Bank Bukopin

Card Centre in Surabaya (Y). (III) Communication (X2) has dominant influence toward work satisfaction among employee in Bank Bukopin Card Centre in Surabaya. Based on the results of study, it can be suggested that (1) by culturing the value by company toward all employees can be conducted by informing it into chosen language by all employees. The informed value meaning that is wanted in utilization should be perceived by the members of employee. Spirit of employees by positive statement about their abilities in burdening the value should be supported by anyone. By knowing organization culture, it will easier for management to make decision whether it is strategically or even operationally. (II) Local culture also needs to be adapt or being colored by the existence of regional, national and global culture do develop environmental quality that more interesting for the user of terminal services (think globally, act locally), so that the changes today should be better than yesterday, and tomorrow should be better than today. (III) For strengthen all hypothesis and concept model that is proved empirically then there would be needed further studies in different organization, whether it is using the same concept model or by adding several other variables that perhaps has capability in drawing phenomenon in such business to explain aspects to increase work satisfaction among employee.
