Abstract: Learning media is all something that used as source learning or appliance learning to reach the target of instructional learning which have been specified. Type variation and learning media form very need in course of study to assist educative participant in improving the understanding of him. In this paper explain about design and make a learning media which in the form of automatic program maker of mathematics practice problems of elementary school so that can be exploited by student and teacher of elementary school in course of study of mathematics. Problems which can be made by this program was limited at operations at fraction and integer, generation, comparing two numbers, KPK and FPB. To use the program, teacher fill problem criterion setting matching with difficulty level  of problem to be given, afterwards computer make problems matching with criterion. After problem made ready, students or user of program can begin to solve that problems. After finishing problem, result will saved on file in data bases and made ready to be used for the process of next learning process.
