Managing plurarism is an important aspect to achieve one nation’s prosperity. Well managed pluralisme, especially in employee’s background (proxied with Global  Index of Employee Diversity/GIED) will contributes in making destination country’s attractiveness to foreign firm. This there will be an increase in Foreign Direct Invesment (FDI) and at last, an increase in income per capita.

I found that GIED has a positive and waek  relation to FDI. The relationship of both of them is not significant. GIED also has a positive, strong enough, and significant relationship to income per capita. It implies that pluralism in workforce is a sufficient but not  a necessarry condition. Foreign firm will consider other factor than workforce’s pluralism in their investiment  decision.
