Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh hasil observasi dan wawancara pada

kegiatan pratindakan di kelas V SD Negeri 1 Glanggang Kabupaten Malang bahwa

ditemukan beberapa fakta permasalahan utama dalam pembelajaran muatan pelajaran

IPS diantaranya adalah

(1) siswa kesulitan dalam kegiatan menghafal materi bacaan dengan batasan waktu yang minimal,

(2) siswa terlihat pasif dalam berkomunikasi atau berinteraksi kepada sesama teman dan gurunya,

(3) rasa jenuh dan bosan saat pembelajaran berlangsung membuat sikap keterampilan sosial seperti ketegasan, kerjasama dalam berkelompok, bertanggung jawab, perhatian kesesama temanya, dan dalam mengendalikan diri sangat kurang terlihat,

(4) kurangnya guru dalam mengembangkan model pembelajaran yang menarik, kooperatif, dan menyenangkan. Salah satu cara alternatif untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut yaitu dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran kooperatif Flashcard Game dan Inside-Outside Circle.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu

1) mendeskripsikan penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif Flashcard Game dan Inside-Outside Circle,

2) mendeskripsikan peningkatan keterampilan sosial siswa melalui model pembelajaran

kooperatif Flashcard Game dan Inside-Outside Circle,

3) mendeskripsikan peningkatan hasil belajar muatan IPS siswa melalui model pembelajaran kooperatif Flashcard Game dan Inside-Outside Circle. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang terdiri dari 2 siklus, setiap siklus terdiri dari 2 pertemuan. Tahap setiap siklus yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan observasi, dan refleksi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada semester genap di SD Negeri 1 Glanggang Kabupaten Malang dengan subjek penelitian 24 siswa kelas V tahun ajaran 2018/2019. Data penelitian berupa keterlaksanaan pembelajaran terhadap guru dan siswa, keterampilan sosial, dan hasil belajar IPS siswa yang diukur dengan menggunakan instrumen penelitian berupa lembar

keterlaksanaan penerapan model pembelajaran Flashcard Game dan Inside-Outside

Circle terhadap guru dan siswa, lembar observasi keterampilan sosial, lembar angket

keterampilan sosial, lembar wawancara guru dan siswa setelah atau sebelum penerapan pembelajaran kooperatif, serta lembar tes hasil belajar IPS siswa. Hasil dari penelitian yaitu

(1) Penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif Flashcard Game dan Inside-Outside Circle yang dilakukan oleh guru dan siswa terlaksana dengan peningkatan sangat baik;

(2) Penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif Flashcard Game dan Inside-Outside Circle dapat meningkatkan keterampilan sosial dan hasil belajar siswa kelas V. Persentase nilai rata-rata klasikal pada keterlaksanaan pembelajaran terhadap guru dari siklus I sebesar 77,20% meningkat di siklus II sebesar 86,80%, nilai rata-rata klasikal pada keterlaksanaan

pembelajaran terhadap siswa dari siklus I sebesar 77,90% meningkat di siklus II sebesar 85,65%, selanjutnya observasi keterampilan sosial siswa pada siklus I sebesar 71,80% meningkat di siklus II mencapai 81,50%, nilai rata-rata klasikal pada angket keterampilan sosial di siklus I sebesar 82,30% meningkat di siklus II sebesar 90,00%, serta nilai ketuntasan klasikal hasil belajar IPS pada siklus I sebesar 62,50% diketahui meningkat cukup signifikan pada siklus II sebesar 83,33% dengan nilai rata-rata individu sebesar 84,33 di akhir pelaksanaan siklus. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh, maka peneliti memberikan

beberapa saran yaitu:

(1) Guru Sekolah Dasar alangkah baiknya jika menerapkan pembelajaran yang kooperatif seperti Flashcard Games dan Inside-Outside Circle dalam meningkatkan keterampilan sosial siswa dan hasil belajar muatan pelajaran IPS,

(2) Guru dalam menggunakan model pembelajaran alangkah baiknya apabila disesuaikan dengan tingkat perkembangan berfikir dan perilaku siswa, standar keterbacaan materi pembelajaran, penggunaan media yang konkret seperti video pembelajaran, kebijakan alokasi waktu dalam memberikan instruksi kepada siswa, serta

(3) Siswa sebaiknya dalam melaksanakan di lapangan model Inside-Outside Circle dilakukan dengan duduk berhadapan , serta

(4) Guru jika membimbing siswa untuk tertib, disiplin, dan jelas setiap menjelaskan suatu langkah-langkah pembelajaran baik di dalam kelas maupun di lapangan agar tercipta suasana belajar sambil bermain yang kondusif, efektif, efisien, dan menyenangkan.

This research is motivated by the results of observations and interviews on pre-action activities in the fifth grade of Glanggang Elementary School 1 Malang Regency that found some facts about the main problems in learning social studies lessons include

(1) students having difficulty memorizing reading material with minimal time limits

( 2) students look passive in communicating or interacting with fellow friends and teachers,

(3) feeling bored and bored when learning takes place makes attitudes social skills such as firmness, collaboration in groups, responsible, attention to the same theme, and in self-control is very less visible ,

(4) lack of teachers in developing interesting, cooperative, and fun learning models. One

alternative way to overcome these problems is by applying the Flashcard Game and

Inside-Outside Circle cooperative learning models. The purpose of this study is

1) to describe the application of the Flashcard Game and Inside-Outside Circle cooperative learning model,

2) to describe the improvement of students 'social skills through the cooperative learning model Flashcard Game and Inside-Outside Circle,

3) to describe the improvement in students' learning outcomes through models

cooperative learning Flashcard Game and Inside-Outside Circle. This research is a classroom action research (CAR) consisting of 2 cycles, each cycle consists of 2 meetings. The stages of each cycle are planning, implementation and observation, and reflection. This research was conducted in the even semester at Glanggang Elementary School 1 Malang Regency with research subjects 24 students in class V in the academic year 2018/2019. Research data in the form of learning implementation for teachers and students, social skills, and student

social studies learning outcomes measured using research instruments in the form of

implementation sheet application of Flashcard Game and Inside-Outside Circle learning models for teachers and students, social skills observation sheets, skill questionnaire sheets social, teacher and student interview sheets after or before the application of cooperative learning, as well as student social studies learning outcomes test sheets. The results of the study are

(1) Application of cooperative learning models Flashcard Game and Inside-Outside Circle conducted by teachers and students implemented with very good improvement;

(2) The application of the Flashcard Game and Inside-Outside Circle cooperative learning models can improve social skills and learning outcomes of class V students. The percentage of classical average scores on the learning implementation of teachers from the first cycle is 77.20% increasing in the second cycle of 86 , 80%, the classical average value of the learning

implementation of students from the first cycle of 77.90% increased in the second cycle by 85.65%, then the observation of students' social skills in the first cycle of 71.80% increased in cycle II reached 81.50%, the average classical score in the social skills questionnaire in the first cycle of 82.30% increased in the second cycle by 90.00%, and the classical completeness value of social studies learning outcomes in the first cycle of 62.50% was known to increase sufficiently significant in the second cycle of 83.33% with an average value of 84.33 at the end of the cycle. Based on the results of the research obtained, the researcher gives some

suggestions are:

(1) Elementary School Teachers would be better if they apply cooperative learning such as Flashcard Games and Inside-Outside Circle in improving students' social skills and learning outcomes on social studies subjects,

(2) Teachers in using learning models would be better suited to the level of development

of student thinking and behavior, the standard of readability of learning materials, the

use of concrete media such as learning videos, time allocation policies in giving instructions to students, and

(3) Students should carry out the Inside-Outside Circle model by sitting face to face, and

(4) Teachers if they guide students to order, discipline, and clear each explaining a learning step both in the classroom and on the field to create an atmosphere of learning while playing that is conducive, effective, efficient, and pleasant.
