One of the caused of education failure in Indonesia was there were a  lot of education’s institute in Indonesia that faced on result of study, but less on attention to study process. There were many research that researched about study’s result or study achievement as dependent variable, but there wasn’t research that researched about study’s process (study’s wont). Based on this background, there need a research to determine the influence of student’s interest and motivation become teacher to the study’s wont of students. The purpose are (1) to know that student’s interest become teacher give an influence to the study’s wont, and (2) to know that student’s motivation become teacher give an influence to the study’s wont.

The type of this research is explanation research with sampling technique was purposive proportional sampling with amount of sample were 109 students took from 2007 generation and 2008 generation of Students of Accounting Education Program on Economic Faculty of State University of Malang that represent proportionally with the amount of students on every offering. The technique of data’s collected was used questionnaire as research instrument. Instrument quality test did twice. The first instrument quality test did on March, 9, 2010 and the second did on March, 11, 2010. Meanwhile data taken on March, 15, 2010. The hypothesis test on this research used multiple regression analysis. All test on this research used SPSS program version 16 for windows.

The result of this research show that student’s interest to become teacher didn’t give influence to the study’s wont of student, meanwhile student’s motivation to become teacher give influence to the study’s wont of student. The cause of there wasn’t influence between student’s interest to become teacher and the study’s wont of student was the indicator that established for the measurement, didn’t accommodate every student’s need on student’s interest to become teacher. Beside it, it also caused the used of questionnaire method that insufficiently correct for measure the student’s interest to become teacher to the study’s wont of student.

From this result, suggest for the student’s of Accounting Education Program on FE UM, in order to always increase their motivation to become teachers, so the study’s wont of students also will increase. For further research, in order to used another variable as independent variable so the research can complete one another and can take a comprehensive conclusion.
