Fullday School merupakan salah satu sistem pendidikan untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di Indonesia. Tentunya, dalam penerapan fullday school terdapat manajemen kurikulum mikro, salah satunya adalah perencanaan kurikulum mikro yang berbeda dengan sistem halfday school.Penelitian ini berfokus pada penerapan fullday school dan implikasinya terhadap perencanaan kurikulum mikro, dengan tujuan untuk melihat fenomena pemaknaan sistem fullday schooldan perencanaan kurikulum mikro dalam penerapan fullday school di SMAN 1 Tumpang.

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian fenomenologi yang dilakukan di SMAN 1 Tumpang. Sumber data diperoleh dari hasil wawancara dengan Kepala Sekolah dan Wakil Kepala Sekolah bagian Kurikulum sebagai informan utama, dan salah satu guru ekonomi sebagai informan pendukung. Dalam penelitian ini, juga digunakan sumber data berupa dokumentasi sebagai data pendukung dari hasil wawancara.

Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh kesimpulan sebagai berikut: (1) Makna fullday school menurut SMAN 1 Tumpang yaitu pelaksanaan pembelajaran selama 37,5 jam per minggu yang didalamnya terdapat kegiatan penguatan pendidikan karakter siswa, dengan didukung oleh perbaikan sarana dan prasarana dan kesiapan sumber daya manusia; (2) Perubahan perencanaan kurikulum mikro dalam penerapan fullday school di SMAN 1 Tumpang, antara lain: a) Aspek teknis berupa penyusunan jadwal pelajarandenganpertimbangan faktor usia guru, status guru, beban kerja guru, penempatan kegiatan di sekolah, penambahan jam istirahat, dan beban kerja siswa; b) Aspek teknis berupa penyusunan kegiatan tambahan denganpertimbangan tujuan utama sekolah, anggaran, dan penilaian kegiatan-kegiatan yang sudah ada; c)Perubahan perencanaan kurikulum mikro di kelas antara lain di SMA Negeri 1 Tumpang perencanaan strategi pembelajaran lebih berfokus pada aspek proses, perencanaan kegiatan pengayaan, dan penugasan berupa PR dihapuskan dan digantikan dengan tugas terstruktur dikelas.

Fullday School is one of the education system to improve the quality of education in Indonesia. Indeed, in fullday school implementation there is micro curricullum management, one of them is a planof micro curriculum, which is different halfday school system. This research focuses on the application of the fullday school and implications tomicro curriculum planning, with the aim to observe the phenomenon interpretation of fullday school system andmicro curriculum in fullday school implementation.

This research uses qualitative approach with type of phenomenology research which is conduct in SMAN 1 Tumpang. The data source was obtained from the results of the interviews with the principal and vice principal of curriculum as part of the main informant, and one of economics teacher as informer supporters. In this study, the researcher used the data source in the form also of documentation as supporting data from the results of interview.

Based on the results of the study, there are conclusions were obtained as follow: (1) the meaning of the fullday school according to SMAN 1 Tumpangis implementation of learning for 37,5 hours a week in which there is strengthening character education of students, with supported by the improvement of facilities and infrastructure and human resources readiness; (2) The micro-curriculum planning of the implementation fullday school in SMAN 1 Tumpang, as follow: a) the technical aspects in form of the preparation of the lessons schedule in SMAN 1 Tumpangwith consideration of the teacher age factor, the status of teachers, teacher workload, placement activities in schools, increased hours of rest, and the workload of students; b) technical aspects in the form of preparation of additional activities in SMA Negeri 1 Tumpangwith the consideration of the schools main purposes, budgets, and assessment activities that already exist; c) there are changesmicro curriculum planning in class, as follow: in SMAN 1 Tumpang, the learneng strategy focus more on process aspect,planning form of material dept, the last, assigment in form of homework was minimized and changed, to be structured task in class.
