Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana : (1) kompetensi pedagogik guru berpengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar siswa berdasarkan persepsi siswa, (2) kompetensi sosial guru berpengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar siswa berdasarkan persepsi siswa, (3) kompetensi kepribadian guru berpengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar siswa berdasarkan persepsi siswa. Persepsi siswa tentang ketiga kompetensi ini sangat penting dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar. Jika siswa memiliki persepsi positif tentang kompetensi pedagogik guru maka motivasi belajarnya juga akan meningkat. Meskipun kompetensi guru sudah baik tetapi persepsi siswa tentang guru tersebut tidak baik maka tidak dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajarnya.

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian expost facto. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua siswa kelas X Jurusan Akuntansi di SMK Negeri 1 Pasuruan sebanyak 107 siswa. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 83 siswa dengan teknik proportional random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert untuk mengukur persepsi siswa tentang kompetensi pedagogik, kompetensi sosial dan kompetensi kepribadian guru dan motivasi belajar siswa. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskripsi dan analisis regresi linier berganda yang diolah dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 21.0.

Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) persepsi siswa tentang kompetensi pedagogik guru berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar siswa sebesar 13,3%, (2) persepsi siswa tentang kompetensi sosial guru berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar siswa sebesar 22,2%, (3) persepsi siswa tentang kompetensi kepribadian guru berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar siswa sebesar 26,3%. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin baik kompetensi pedagogik, kompetensi sosial dan kompetensi kepribadian guru menurut persepsi siswa maka semakin baik pula motivasi belajar siswa.

 The purpose of this research is to know how far : (1) teacher pedagogic competence influence to students learning motivation based on student perception, (2) teacher social competence influence students motivation based on students perception, (3) teacher personality competence influence to students motivation based on perception students. Students perception about this three kompetence is very important to improve learning motivation. If the students has positive perspective about pedagogic competence of teachers then motivation to learn will be increase. Although the competence of teachers has been good but the perception of the students about the teacher is not good then it can not increase motivation of learning.

This research used quantitative approach with expost facto research type. The population were 107 students in 10th grade students Department of Accounting at SMK Negeri 1 Pasuruan. The number of research samples were 83 students determined by Slovin formula, then the sample of each class was determined by proportional random sampling technique. Methods of data collection was used questionnaires with Likert scale to measure students perceptions of pedagogic competence, social competence and teacher personality competence and student learning motivation. Data analysis techniques used descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis processed with SPSS version 21.0.

The results of this study, indicated that : (1) students perceptions about teacher pedagogic competence have a significant effect on students learning motivation 13.3%, (2) students perception about teacher's social competence significantly influence students learning motivation 22,2%, (3) perception of student about teacher personality competence have a significant effect to students learning motivation equal to 26,3%. Then, it can be concluded that the better pedagogic competence, social competence and teacher personality competence basedon the students perceptions, then getting better for learning motivation of students.
