E-learning merupakan pembelajaran yang memanfaatkan dukungan teknologi internet. Pertimbangan dalam penerapan e-learning perlu dilakukan agar dapat dirancang dengan baik dan cermat. Perlu dilakukan penelitian kesiapan e-learning, agar dapat diketahui kekurangan dalam implementasi e-learning. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mendeskripsikan tingkat kesiapan e-learning, (2) mendeskripsikan pengaruh kesiapan peserta didik terhadap implementasi e-learning, (3) mendeskripsikan pengaruh kesiapan peserta didik terhadap prestasi belajar (4)  mendeskripsikan pengaruh  implementasi e-learning  terhadap prestasi belajar.

Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif.Pengumpulan data dengan cara dokumentasi dan kuesioner. Kuesioner yang dibuat berdasarkan faktor kesiapan peserta didik, kesiapan guru, konten pembelajaran, faktor infrastruktur, faktor dukungan manajemen sekolah, faktor pengembangan diri dan implementasi e-learning. Populasi penelitianadalah kelas 12 yang berjumlah 704 siswa, kemudian diambil sampel menggunakan teknik simple random sampling diperoleh sampel berjumlah 255 siswa.Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji regresi sederhana dan uji regresi berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS 17.0.

Hasil analisis kesiapan e-learning memperoleh skor 3,05. Hasil analisis regresi sederhana, kesiapan peserta didik terhadap implementasi e-learning memperoleh nilai signifikansi 0,000< 0,05, kesiapan peserta didik terhadap prestasi belajar memperoleh nilai signifikansi 0,130 > 0,05,dan implementasi e-learningterhadap prestasi belajar memperoleh nilai signifikansi 0,468> 0,05. Hasil analisis dengan regresi berganda diperoleh persamaan yaitu Y = 75,842 + -0,037 X1 + 0,457 X2. Dari hasil analisis diperoleh kesimpulan (1) tingkat kesiapan e-learning SMK Negeri 1 Udanawu termasuk dalam kategori siap namun membutuhkan peningkatan (2) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kesiapan peserta didik terhadap implementasi e-learning (3) tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kesiapan peserta didik terhadap prestasi belajar (4) tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan implementasi e-learning terhadap prestasi belajar.

Saran yang dapat penulis berikan dari penelitian ini yaitu (1)Bagi guru supaya meningkatkan kesiapan diri sendiri dan diharapkan membantu peserta didik dalam penerapan e-learning, (2) Bagi Sekolah dapat  mengadakan sosialisasi dan pelatihan sehingga implementasi e-learningdapat dilaksanakan secara maksimal, agar prestasi belajar peserta didik dapat meningkat.

            E-learning is learning that utilize internet technology support. Consideration in the application of e-learning needs to be done in order to be well designed and meticulously. Need to do research of e-learning readiness, to note deficiencies in the implementation of e-learning. This research aims to (1) describe the level of readiness of e-learning, (2) describe the influence of learner readiness against the implementation of e-learning, (3) describe the influence of the readiness of the learners towards achievement of learning (4)  describe the influence of the implementation of e-learning towards the learning achievements.

            Type of this research is quantitative descriptive. The collection of data by means of questionnaires and documentation. Questionnaires based on readiness factors of learners, teacher readiness, learning content, infrastructure factors, school management support factors, self-development factors and e-learning implementation. The population of the research was the 12th grade of 704 students, then taken a sample using simple random sampling technique obtained sample amounts to 255 students.Technique of data analysis using regression test of simple and multiple regression test with the assistance of SPSS 17.0 program.

The results of e-learning readiness analysis obtained a score of 3.05. The result of simple regression analysis, the readiness of learners to the implementation of e-learning get the significance value 0,000 0,05, and implementation of e-learning to learning achievement get significance value 0,468> 0,05.Results of research with multiple regression analysis obtained equation that Y = 75,842 + -0,037 X1 + 0,457 X2.(1) the level of e-learning readiness of State Vocational High School 1 Udanawu included in this category are ready but need improvement (2) there is a significant influence of learner readiness against the implementation of e-learning (3) there are no significant effects the readiness of the learners towards the achievements of the study (4) there is no significant influence on the implementation of e-learning towards the learning achievements.

Suggestions that can be conveyed from the author of this study are are (1) For teachers who can improve self-preparedness and is expected to help learners in the implementation of e-learning, (2) for the school can hold socialization and training so the implementation of e-learning can be implemented to its full potential, so that learners' learning achievement can increase.
