This study aims to know the profile of learning facilities and the effectiveness of learning facilities. Besides, It is also aims to know the relation between learning facilities and the effectiveness of the learning process by students of Architecture Program in SMK 1 Situbondo

This study is a descriptive correlational. The subjects of this study are 100 students of Architecture Program in SMK Negeri 1 Situbondo. Techniques which used to collect the data are using questionnaire and interview. In order to know the relation between learning facilities and the effectiveness of the learning process by students of Architecture Program in SMK 1 Situbondo is by using “product moment”.

The results of the data analysis stated that (1) the learning facilities of Architecture Program in SMK Negeri 1 Situbondo is in good condition based on the percentage of the students toward the indicator of the tools by 66% and the indicator of infrastructure by 69%, (2) the effectiveness of Learning Process of Architecture Program in SMK Negeri 1 Situbondo is also in good conditions based on the percentage of the students toward the characteristic of the teacher by 74% and the characteristic of the students by 69%. (3) There is a low relation between the learning facilities and the effectiveness of the learning process in SMK 1 Situbondo. Correlation of coefficient value is 0.365 with a significance value by 1%. Besides, learning facilities gives a contribution by 13.33% toward the effectiveness of the learning process, while 86.67% are influenced by other factors.

From the results of this study, it can be concluded that the learning facilities are very important in relation to support the effectiveness of the learning process in schools, especially in vocational high school. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the utilization and management, so that the desired objectives can be achieved.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui profil fasilitas belajar dan efektifitas proses pembelajaran serta hubungan fasilitas belajar dengan efektifitas proses pembelajaran peserta didik program keahlian Teknik Gambar Bangunan SMK Negeri 1 Situbondo. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif korelasional. Subyek dari penelitian ini adalah siswa SMK Negeri 1 Situbondo jurusan Teknik Gambar Bangunan sebanyak 100 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan wawancara. Untuk mengetahui hubungan fasilitas belajar dengan efektifitas proses pembelajaran peserta didik program keahlian Teknik Gambar Bangunan SMK Negeri 1 Situbondo menggunakan teknik analisis product moment. Hasil analisis data menyatakan (1) Fasilitas Belajar Teknik Gambar Bangunan SMK Negeri 1 Situbondo dalam kondisi baik berdasarkan hasil prosentase siswa terhadap indikator sarana 66% dan indikator prasarana sebesar 69%, (2) Efektifitas Proses Pembelajaran Teknik Gambar Bangunan SMK Negeri 1 Situbondo dalam kondisi baik berdasarkan hasil prosentase siswa terhadap indikator karakteristik guru 74% dan indikator karakteristik siswa sebesar 69%. (3) Ada hubungan yang lemah antara fasilitas belajar dengan efektifitas proses pembelajaran SMK Negeri 1 Situbondo. Nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,365 dengan taraf signifikansi 1%. Dan fasilitas belajar memberikan kontribusi 13,33% terhadap efektifitas proses pembelajaran sedangkan 86,67% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa fasilitas belajar sangat penting dalam hubungannya untuk menunjang efektifitas proses pembelajaran di sekolah khususnya di SMK, untuk itu perlu dilakukan peningkatan dalam pendayagunaan dan pengelolaannya, agar tujuan yang diharapkan dapat tercapai.
