Aktivitasbelajarseorangsiswamembutuhkansuatudoronganataumotivasisehinggasesuatu yang diinginkandapattercapai. Motivasiberperan pentingdalam proses pembelajarankarenabelajaradalahsuatukegiatan yang aktif, menuntutusaha yang sengaja, dandilakukandenganpenuhkesadaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikankualitas sarana prasarana bengkel pemesinan, motivasi belajar, dan hasil belajar praktikum pemesinan, dan untuk mengetahui hubungankualitas sarana prasarana bengkel pemesinan (X1), motivasi belajar(X2) danhasil belajar praktikum pemesinan (Y) pada siswa kelas XII di SMK Negeri 1 Singosaribaiksecaraparsialmaupunsimultan.

Populasi dalam penelitianiniadalahsemua siswakelas XIITeknikPemesinandi SMKNegeri 1 Singosari yang berjumlah 96 siswa, sementara sampel yang diambil berjumlah 87 siswa dari populasi tersebut. Data yang diperolehkemudian diujidenganujiprasyarat analisis, uji linieritasdanujihipotesisuntukmengetahuihubunganantaravariabelbebasdenganvariabelterikatbaiksecaraparsialmaupunsimultan.Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis korelasi product moment dan korelasi ganda.

Hasildari penelitian yang telah dilakukan diperoleh data sebagai berikut: Kualitas sarana prasana bengkel pemesinan(X1) dalamkategori cukup baiksebesar32,18%. Motivasi Belajar (X2) dalamkategori cukup baik sebesar 35,63%. Hasil belajar praktikum pemesinan siswa (Y) dalam kategori baik sebesar 31,03%. Pengujian hipotesis didapatkan hasil sebagai berikut:(1) Secara parsial ada hubunganyangsignifikanantarakualitas sarana prasarana bengkel pemesinan dengan hasil belajardengannilaikoefisiensikorelasisebesar.253, (2) Secara parsial ada hubunganyangsignifikanantaramotivasi belajardengan hasil belajar dengannilaikoefisiensikorelasisebesar.457, (3) Secara simultan ada hubunganyangsignifikanantarakualitas sarana prasarana bengkel pemesinan, motivasi belajarterhadap hasil belajar dengannilaikoefisiensikorelasiganda sebesar .353.

The learning activity for a student need a motivation until something which is desirable can be achieved. Motivation has an important role within learning process because learning active activity, it requires some efforts that purposeful, and with be conducted with full of awareness. The other factors that must be noted are their ambitions, abilities, self-condition and the surroundings. The purposes of this study are to describe the quality of mechanical workshop’s infrastructure, learning motivation, and the achivievement of machinery practice, and also to find out the relationship between the quality of machinery workshop’s infrastructure (X1), learning motivation (X2) and also the achivievement of machinery practice, (Y) toward the students of XII grade from State Vocational High School 1 of Singosari., in both partial and simulant.

The population of this study was all of XII grade of mechanical engineering students in State Vocational High School 1 of Singosari. They were 96 students, moreover the researcher only took 87 students as the sample for this current study. The data collection was conducted by using observation, questionnaire and documentation. The obtained data were analyzed by using precondition test, linearity test, and hypothesis test to find out the relationship between independent and dependent variable in both partial and simulant. The data analysis within this study was using product moment correlation analysis and multiple correlation.

The data obtained from the data collection procedure on the research field show several facts; the quality of infrastructure of machinery workshop (X1) is still in the good condition with the percentage of 32.18%. The learning motivation (X2) can be categorized as good with the percentage of 35.63%. Theachivievementof students’ machinery practice, (Y) is also stated in good category with the percentage of 31.03%. The results of testing the hypotheses are; (1) partially, there is significant relationship between the quality of machinery workshop’s infrastructure with the results of XII grader students’ machinery practice, with the coefficient correlation value of .253, (2) Partially, there is significant relationship between learning motivation and the achivievementof XII grader students’ machinery practice, with the coefficient correlation value of .457, (3) Simultaneously, there is significant relationship between the quality of machinery workshop’s infrastructure, learning motivation toward the achivievementof XII grader students’ machinery practice, with the coefficient correlation value of .353.
