Cooperative learning is learning to consciously and deliberately create a loving interaction between fellow students. Jigsaw is a unit of learning where the information or content of the lesson is divided into components smaller. NHT is a method developed by Spencer Kagan and his colleagues. Despite its similarities with other methods, NHT methods emphasize special structures designed to influence the interaction patterns of particular students. Goals of this study was to determine the influence of the difference between learning models Jigsaw and NHT for students's competency in Standard Setting Sup or Soto in XI class student majoring in Restaurant State Vocational High School 1 Turen. The results showed (1) there are differences influence learning model of the cognitive aspects of students. (2) there are differences in the influence of the learning model of affective aspects of students. (3) there are differences influence learning model of student psychomotor aspects.
