Multimedia Mobile Learning merupakansuatu media pembelajaran yang menggunakansmartphone untukmenyajikanbeberapaunsur media yaituteks,gambar,animasi, dan video.

TujuanPengembanganiniadalahmenghasilkanprodukaplikasi mobile learning pembelajaranberbasis smartphone android yang digunakan pada pelajaran Bahasa maduratentangmaterihurufmadura. Peneltianiniberfokusmenghasilkan multimedia pemebalajaran mobile learning untukmeningkatkanpemahamanmateri Bahasa maduradi SDN 1 PeranteSitubondo.

Prosedurpengembangan multimedia pembelajaran mobile learning menggunakan model Lee, W.W., & Owens, D.L. (2004) denganbeberapatahapanyaituantara lain tahapan analysis, design, development, implementation, dan evaluation.

Hasil yang diperolehdarivalidasi oleh ahli media hasilkeseluruhanyaitusebesar 79.16% berdasarkankriteria media termasuk valid dan layakdigunakandalam proses pembelajaran. Hasil validasi oleh ahlimateridiperolehhasilkeseluruhanyaitusebesar 89,5.7% berdasarkankriteria media termasuk valid dan layakdigunakandalam proses pembelajaran.Selanjutnyahasil uji coba pada siswakelas V SDN 1 PeranteSitubondodiperolehhasilkeseluruhan 97 % yang berdasarkankriteria media termasuk valid dan layakdigunakandalam proses pembelajaran. Hasil pre-test dan post-test siswaterdapatpeningkatannilaisebesar 100% yang berdasarkankriteria yang telahditetapkan media mobile learning berbasis smartphone termasukdalamkriteria yang efektifsaatdigunakandalam proses pembelajaran.

Saran untukpenelitianlebihlanjutdiharapkanmampumembuataplikasi yang lebihmenariksiswadenganmateri yang lebihlengkap agar siswatermotivasidalammenguasaimateri.

Multimedia Mobile Learning is a learning media that uses smartphones to present several elements of media, consists of text, images, animation, and video.

The purpose of this development is to produce mobile learning applications based on android smartphones used in madura language lessons about Madura letter material. This research focuses on producing multimedia learning for mobile learning to improve understanding of Madurese material in SDN 1 PeranteSitubondo.

The procedure for developing multimedia learning for mobile learning uses the models of Lee, W.W., & Owens, D.L. (2004) with several stages, consists of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation.

 The results obtained from the validation by media experts as a whole result that is equal to 79.16% based on media criteria including valid and feasible to be used in the learning process. The results of the validation by material experts obtained overall results which amounted to 89.5.7% based on media criteria including valid and feasible to use in the learning process. Furthermore, the results of trials on class V students of SDN 1 PeranteSitubondo obtained an overall result of 97% based on media criteria including valid and appropriate to be used in the learning process. Students' pre-test and post-test results have an increase in value of 100% based on predetermined criteria media smartphone-based mobile learning is included in the criteria that are effective when used in the learning process.

Suggestions for further research are expected to be able to make the application more attractive to students with more complete material so that students are motivated in mastering the material.
