Clove (Syzygium aromaticum) is an original plant of Indonesia which has a lot of benefits in many fields such as health, food, industry of cigarette, and many more. Clove plant could grow in the tropical area like Indonesia. This plant also could grow in the hot climate like Zanzibar. But, water level of clove flower was not as much as in Indonesia which was up to 75% from that clove flower, so the quality was better in Indonesia.

Plant which was used of tree clove was its flower which it had the high price to sell. Commercial process was when the flower in the dry condition. Therefore, the drying process of clove flower was very important. In this time, hot in order to make it drying should be constant and organized. Then it could make clove dried by utilizing drying machine as alternative resource if drying energy of the sun could not help since it was caused by some factors such as, when it was raining or circumstance changing of afternoon to night.

Drying machine of clove was completed by a control temperature in order to make it constant and could be programmed as we want by utilizing control system of thermometer. From the design of Clove drying machine, it is expected to be able to carry ± 3,5 kg/ drying; hence productivity of drying process could be maximal.
