Keyword: Professional development opportunitiy, worki environtment condition, ICT Teacher performance.

The main job of ICT teachers is to construct mindset of learners in a systematic, creative and innovative in solving problems with the help of technology. In the reality, ICT Teachers more often teaches how to operate computers. It can be caused by not enough opportunity for them to improve their perfarmance. The other reason is the work environment condition of schools in Trenggalek that mostly located in plateau area, can cause difficulty in providing facilities for supporting ICT learning process.

The objective of this study was to reveal the relationship between professional development opportunity (X 1) and work environment condition (X2) with ICT Teacher performance (Y) in Trenggalek either partially or simultaneously. And describe each of the variables X1, X2, and Y.

This study uses Ex Post Facto method to reveal the correlation between independent variables and the dependent variable in a quantitative correlation. Population and sample of this study is ICT Teachers in Trenggalek. The data obtained were tested with the classic assumption test to test the prerequisite of analysis and hypothesis test to reveal the correlation between independent variables with the dependent variable either partially or simultaneously.

Results of study: (1) X 1 variable was in the quite category (35%); (2) X2 variable was in conducive category (29%); (3) Y variable was in good category (33%); (4) There was positive and significance correlation between professional development opportunity with ICT Teacher performance in Trenggalek; (5) There was positive and significance correlation between work environment condition with ICT Teacher performance in Trenggalek; (6) There are positive and significance correlation between professional development opportunity and work condition with ICT Teacher performance in Trenggalek.

Conclusion: The contribution of predictors to the criterion of 31.7%, which is described as (1) effective contribution of X 1 variable to Y variable was 20.5%, (2) effective contribution X2 variable to Y variable was 11.2%. The other 68.3% was influenced by other factors beyond the factors studied.
