Masalah kesulitan makan di usia taman kanak-kanak seperti konsumsi sayur yang rendah dan jajan sembarangan dapat menyebabkan masalah gizi, sehingga sosialisasi tentang tumpeng gizi seimbang perlu diberikan untuk kebiasaan makan dan pola hidup yang sehat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengetahuan anak tentang gizi seimbang sebelum dan setelah sosialisasi tumpeng gizi seimbang diberikan.

Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pre-eksperimental design. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji t. Jika data tidak berdistribusi normal maka dianalisis menggunakan Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan anak TK tentang gizi seimbang sebelum sosialisasi tumpeng gizi seimbang melalui puzzle yang mendapat skor dengan kategori sangat tinggi sebanyak 33,3% dan skor rata-rata 61,16. Pengetahuan anak TK tentang gizi seimbang setelah sosialisasi tumpeng gizi seimbang melalui puzzle yang mendapat skor dengan kategori sangat tinggi sebanyak 72,5% dan skor rata-rata 86,67. Terdapat perbedaan pengetahuan anak TK tentang gizi seimbang setelah sosialisasi tumpeng gizi seimbang melalui puzzle sebesar 57%. Hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.000 (0.05) maka dapat disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh sosialisasi makanan sehat melalui puzzle tumpeng gizi seimbang terhadap median skor pretest posttest pengetahuan anak TK tentang gizi seimbang secara signifikan.

Eating trouble at the age of kindergarten as a low consumption of vegetables and uncontrolled snack can cause nutritional problems. In this case the socialization of the balanced nutrition cone shoud be given in order to give a better understanding about eating habits and a healthy lifestyle. The aim of this research was to analyze how the children's knowledge about balanced nutrition of food before and after the socialization of the balanced nutrition cone is given.

This research was an experimental research with pre-experimental design. The statistical analysis was t-test. If data was normally distributed, then the analysis would be Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test.

The result of this research showed the knowledge of the kindergarten children about balanced nutrition cone before socialization of puzzle earned the score with the very high category of 33,3% and the average score of 61,16. The knowledge of the kindergarten children about balanced nutrition cone before socialization of puzzle earned the score with the very high category of 72,5% and the average score of 86,67. There were differences in the kindergarten children’s knowledge about balanced nutrition after the socialization of balanced nutrition cone of puzzle which showed by the score of 57%. The result of hypothetical test obtained of 0.000 (0.05) which means there was a significant influence between the socialization of balanced nutrition cone by puzzle toward the median of the score pretest posttest children’s knowledge about balanced nutrition of food.
