Berdasarkan observasiawal yang dilakukan peneliti terhadap 36 peserta ekstrakurikuler futsal di Madrasah Aliyah Bilingual Batu, diperoleh data: 1) 64% kurang menguasai teknik dasar futsal; 2) 100% menyatakan pengajar ekstrakurikuler belum pernah menggunakan media pembelajaran dengan handphone; 3) 100% menyatakan handphone berpotensi sebagai sarana media pembelajaran; 4) 100%) menyatakan perlu dikembangkan multimedia berbasis handphone atau mobile learning; 5) 100%) menyatakan setuju jika ada pengembangan media pembelajaran teknik dasar futsal dalam bentuk mobile learning.

Penelitian dan pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan pembelajaran variasi teknik dasar dribbling, passing, shooting berbasis mobile learning untuk peserta ekstrakurikuler futsal di Madrasah Aliyah Bilingual Batu. Prosedur pengembangan ini menggunakan model Borg & Gall yang diadaptasi menjadi sederhana yang terdiridari: (1) melakukan analisis kebutuhand engan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 36 peserta ekstrakurikuler futsal di Madrasah Aliyah Bilingual Batu, (2) mengembangkan produk, (3) validasi produk kepada beberapa ahli yang terdiri dari 3 ahli, (4) melakukan uji coba (kelompokkecil) kepada 6 subjek, (5) revisiproduk berdasarkan hasil uji coba (kelompokkecil), (6) melakukan uji cobalapangan (kelompokbesar) kepada 30 subjek, (7) produkakhir.

Berdasarkan hasil penilaian validasi atau evaluasi dari para ahli diperoleh tingkat validitas dari ahli pembelajaran futsal sebesar 91%, dari ahli media sebesar 95%, ahli futsal sebesar 91%. Berdasarkan hasil uji coba (kelompok kecil) diperoleh tingkat validitas sebesar 84% yang termasuk dalam kategori kualitas produk sangat baik. Dari uji coba lapangan (kelompok besar) diperoleh tingkat validitas sebesar 83,75% termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik. Sehingga dari hasil tersebut dapat dinyatakan bahwa media pembelajaran variasi teknik dasar futsal dengan aplikasi mobile learning layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran variasi teknik dasar futsal berbasis mobile learning di ekstrakurikuler futsal Madrasah Aliyah Bilingual Batu.

Bagi peneliti selanjutnya dapat mengembangan variasi teknik dasar futsal dengan memberikan video gerakan pembelajaran variasi teknik dasar futsal, yang berperan penting saat melakukan gerakan dan variasi teknik dasar yang dapat memudahkan dan meningkatkan keefektifan dalam melakukan latihan teknik dasar saat latihan maupun di pertandingan. Karena hasil dari pengembangan ini hanya terbatas sampai tersusun sebuah produk aplikasi mobile learning saja.

Based on preliminary observations conducted by researchers on 36 futsal extracurricular members in Aliyah Bilingual Batu Madrasah, data were obtained: 1) 64% lacked mastery of basic futsal techniques; 2) 100% said extracurricular instructors had never used learning media with mobile phones; 3) 100% state that mobile phones have the potential as learning media facilities; 4) 100%) states that it is necessary to develop mobile-based multimedia or mobile learning; 5) 100%) agree if there is a development of basic futsal learning media in the form of mobile learning.

This research and development aims to develop a variety of basic learning techniques for dribbling, passing, shooting based on mobile learning for futsal extracurricular participants at Aliyah Bilingual Batu Madrasah. This development procedure uses the Borg & Gall model which was adapted to be simple consisting of: (1) conducting a needs analysis by distributing questionnaires to 36 futsal extracurricular participants at Aliyah Bilingual Batu Madrasah, (2) developing products, (3) product validation to several experts consisting of 3 experts, (4) conducting trials (small groups) on 6 subjects, (5) revising products based on the results of trials (small groups), (6) conducting field trials (large groups) to 30 subjects, ( 7) final product.

Based on the results of the validation assessment or evaluation from experts, the validity level of futsal learning experts was 91%, from media experts 95%, futsal experts 91%. Based on the results of the trial (small group) obtained a validity evel of 84% which is included in the category of very good product quality. From the field trials (large groups), the validity level of 83.75% was included in the excellent category. So that from these results it can be stated that the variety of learning media training in basic futsal techniques with mobile learning is feasible to be used as a variety of learning media on basic learning techniques based on mobile learning in futsal extracurricular Madrasah Aliyah Bilingual Batu.

For the next researcher, they can develop a variety of basic futsal techniques by giving a learning movement video a variety of basic futsal techniques, which play an important role when doing movements and variations in basic techniques that can facilitate and increase effectiveness in doing basic technical exercises during training and in matches.
