Futsal adalah permainan bola yang dimainkan oleh 2 tim, yang masing-masing beranggotakan lima orang. Salah satu teknik dasar yang sering digunakan dalam mendapatkan poin adalah teknik dribbling. Pada observasi awal yang dilakukan di ekstrakurikuler futsal SMK Negeri 5 Malang diketahui bahwa teknik dribbling memiliki tingkat kebenaran sebesar 25%, tingkat kesalahan 75%, dari total 20 menit dalam permainan futsal, dapat diketahui bahwa penguasaan keterampilan teknik dribbling masih kurang dikuasai oleh siswa ekstrakurikuler futsal SMK Negeri 5 Malang dibandingkan dengan teknik yang lain.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan keterampilan gerak dasar dribbling dengan menggunakan teknik latihan bervariasi pada siswa ekstrakurikuler futsal SMK Negeri 5 Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian tindakan olahraga dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Pelaksanaan penelitian ini dilakukan dengan melalui dua siklus dengan setiap siklus terdiri dari 4 tahap yaitu: (1) perencanaan, (2) pelaksanaan, (3) pengamatan (observasi), dan (4) refleksi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa ekstrakurikuler futsal SMK Negeri 5 Malang dengan sebanyak 20 siswa. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti berkolaborasi dengan pelatih untuk menyusun program latihan selama 2 siklus dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi (pengamatan).

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan teknik dribbling siswa ekstrakurikuler futsal SMK Negeri 5 Malang mengalami peningkatan setelah dilakukan latihan dribbling dengan bebagai variasi. Latihan dilakukan dengan dua siklus, di siklus pertama 9 pertemuan dan di siklus kedua 3 pertemuan. Tingkat keberhasilan siswa ekstrakurikuler futsal SMK Negeri 5 Malang pada siklus 1 dengan persentase ketuntasan keseluruhan teknik dribbling  hasil dari observer 1 (peneliti) sebanyak 66,6% dari observer 2 (pelatih) sebanyak 66,6%. Sedangkan tingkat keberhasilan siswa ekstrakurikuler futsal SMK Negeri 5Malang, pada siklus 2 dengan persentase ketuntasan keseluruhan teknik dribbling futsal hasil dari observer 1 (peneliti) sebanyak 85,8% dari observer 2 (pelatih) sebanyak 86,6%.

Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan penerapan variasi latihan beragam dapat meningkatkan keterampilan teknik dribbling  futsal siswa ekstrakurikuler futsal SMK Negeri 5 Malang. Disarankan bagi pelatih ekstrakurikuler futsal SMK Negeri 5 Malang dapat lebih kreatif dalam memberikan materi latihan agar siswa lebih aktif dan semangat dalam mengikuti latihan futsal.

Futsal is a ball game played by two teams, each comprised of five members. One of the basic techniques that are often used in getting points is dribbling technique. In the preliminary observations in futsal extracurricular of SMKN 5 of Malang had known that the dribbling technique have a degree of truth is 25%, an error rate is 75%, total of time is 20 minutes in futsal game, it is known that the mastery of dribbling technical skill was not mastered by futsal extracurricular students of SMKN 5 of Malang which compared with another techniques.

The aims of this study is to improve the basic skills of dribbling motion using training techniques vary in futsal extracurricular student of SMKN 5 of Malang. This study uses sports action researches which are quantitative and qualitative descriptive approach. The implementation of this study was conducted in two cycles with each cycle consisting of four phases, which are: (1) planning, (2) implementation, (3) observation, and (4) reflection. Subjects on this study were futsal extracurricular students of SMKN 5 of Malang with as many as 20 students, indeed. On this study, researchers collaborated with a coach to develop a training program for two cycles with the data collection using observation method.

The results showed that the students' skills in dribbling technique futsal extracurricular of SMKN 5 of Malang increased after dribbling exercises with various variations. The exercises have done in two cycles, in the first cycle had nine meeting and in the second cycle had three meetings. The success rate of futsal extracurricular students in SMKN 5 of Malang in the first cycle got an overall completeness of the dribbling techniques percentage results of first observer (coach) as much as 66.6% of second observer (coach) as much as 66.6%. Whereas, the success rate of futsal extracurricular students SMKN 5 of Malang, in second cycle got an overall completeness dribbling technique percentage result of first observer (coach) as much as 85.8% and second observer  (coach) as much as 86.6%.

Based on the results of this study concluded that by used the variety of exercises implementation can improved the skills of dribbling techniques in  futsal extracurricular student of SMKN 5 of Malang. Suggested for the coach of futsal extracurricular in SMKN 5 of Malang have to be more creative in providing training materials, so that students would be more active and the full of spirit in futsal exercise.
