            Basic movement skill is a common skill that will be a fundamental skill in developing more complex movement if it is mastered by elementary school students.Manipulative movement is a kind of basic movement skill. Manipulative movement skill in kids is not formed all of a sudden. However, it is formed because of adaptation of kids’ activity. Refer to the early need analysis and observation that have been done, the researcher concluded that the fifth grade students of elementary schoolwere encouraged to take a part in a sport which contains games. As the result, this research took focus on manipulative movement games model in ball-kicking and ball-dribbling for the students.

            The purpose of this research was to produce model of sport games which contain the aspect of manipulative movement in ball-kicking and ball-dribbling, and fulfill the assessment given by the expert and tryout to the students.

            The research design used Borg and Gall Research and Development theory which was modified based on the current condition in the field. The data provided in the research were in form of qualitative and quantitative data. The data analysis was done in form of qualitative and quantitative data analysis to analyze the result of data collection from early observation (need analysis), expert evaluation and tryout of the product.

The results of this development were 8 basic manipulative movement models in ball-kicking and ball-dribbling which were included in form of guide book. The final evaluation result from the game expert showed 86,67% which meant that the games were very valid. The evaluation from the sport education expert showed 83,33% which meant that the games were very valid.The evaluation from the media expert showed 83,33% which meant that the guide book is very valid.The result of tryout in small group of 12 fifth grade students showed 89,5% which meant that the games were very valid. The result of tryout in large group of 25 fifth grade students showed 89,41% which meant that the games were very valid. Refer to the result mentioned above, it can be concluded that 8 basic manipulative movement models in ball-kicking and ball-dribbling are very valid, so that the games are appropriate to be used in teaching sport especially big-ball games which contain manipulative movement.
