Regulation of learning martial arts category sparring match is one of several basic competence in the subject taught Pencak Silat T & P II in the UM Department of CHD FIK. The delivery of content, faculty use instructional media, including whiteboards, printed textbook, people, and LCD. The media is not giving students the ease in understanding the concept and practice of martial arts game rules sparring category. It is therefore necessary to develop media that can provide a real and comprehensive overview in the form of interactive multimedia, which is expected to assist students in understanding the concept and practice of

martial arts game rules sparring category. Research and development is aimed at developing learning the game rules for valuation of martial arts sparring category of attack using interactive multimedia to students FIK UM Department of CHD. Learning development is expected to help optimize the learning of students who take a course in T & P Pencak Silat II

Research and development refers to development of research models Borg and Gall consisting of 10 steps and modified into 7 steps, because this study is only done in one place is in the Department of Physical Education and Health FIK UM. So this study takes 7 steps consisting of: (1) the initial study, (2) designing the product, (3) developing initial products, (4) small group trials, (5) revision of the product, (6) the trial large, (7) improvements poduk end. Based on the evaluation of experts to design the products of learning any rules about the valuation of martial arts sparring category of attack using interactive multimedia consisting of two martial arts experts with the average percentage of 81.25% and a media expert at 91.67% by category "good", but it also obtained the data in the form of advice or input that can be used as a basis for revising the product to be developed prior to the initial product. While the results of a pilot study a small group of acquired data of the average percentage of 82.38% in the category of "good", and a large group of test results were also obtained an average percentage of 81.83% in the category of "good". From the results of exposure to the above data, so the products are categorized as "good" and may be used.
