This research background in the low language ability children in terms of simple experiences in group A in kindergarten PKK I Sentul City District Kepanjenkidul Blitar.Guru not using the right media in developing the ability to share the experience in a simple, besides the courage to tell in front of the class, the smooth children's language in storytelling and imagination of children in story telling also relatively low.

This study aims to describe the method step finger puppet to tell the media that can develop language skills and story-telling method to describe the application of finger puppet media to develop language skills in kindergarten children A group of PKK Kepanjenkidul I Sentul district of Blitar City.

The research was conducted at Tk PKK I Sentul Kec.Kepanjenkidul with the study design used was a class act design (TOD) model cycle. In each cycle consists of several stages, namely planning, execution, observation, and reflection. In this study researchers collaborate with classroom teachers.

The results showed that the application of story-telling method using the finger puppets in the media proven learning activities can be utilized in the learning activities to develop children's language abilities TK.Pada I cycle an average child's ability to reach 64.28% increase to 84.52% in cycle II. Marked increase with increasing language skills through the courage to tell the class, children's language fluency in storytelling, children's imagination for storytelling.

Based on this research, listening to stories and retelling stories heard a new one, described the experience as simple and telling stories using the pronoun I, me you, them, he was using finger puppets media can increase children's language skills in storytelling.
